Review Committee Reso.03/27/2007 TUE 14:57 FAX 3056797548 ZONING EVALUATION �oo1 SHORELINE DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE RESOLUTION 06 - SDRC - 002 WHEREAS, The Related Group of Florida, L.L.C., has applied for a review of a site plan for 300 Grove Bay Residences Condominium project located at .Portion of 3663 S. Miami Avenue, in the City of Miami, Florida, and as fully described in the attached recommendations and site plans; and WHEREAS, the proposed project will consist of three residential towers for a total of 300 luxurious units and a screened 2 story parking garage which will house a total of 642 parking spaces. The plan incorporates a 15-30' walkway that will connect two side streets and provide vistas of the bay to the public ; and WHEREAS, the subject application as filed with the Miami -Dade County Department of Planning and Zoning dated/stamped/received May 10, 2006, requests site plan approval; and WHEREAS, the Shoreline Development Review Committee considered whether and the extent to which the project as presented conformed to the Miami -Dade County Comprehensive Development Master Plan and the Biscayne Bay Management Plan; and WHEREAS, the Shoreline Development Review Committee of Miami -Dade County has as one of its primary responsibilities, the duty to determine the extent to which any plan or development action, as proposed, is in conformance with Article III of Chapter 33D of the Code of Miami -Dade County and with the minimum standards set forth in Miami -Dade County Resolution 85-257; and WHEREAS, the Committee considered the recommendations of Miami -Dade County staff as part of its review; and WHEREAS, a public meeting of the Shoreline Development Review Committee of Miami -Dade County, Florida, was advertised and held, and all interested parties in the matter were heard, and upon due and proper consideration having been given to the matter; SUBMITTED INTO THE PUBLIC RECORD FOR ITEMN') ON 3-?9-or 03/27/2007 TUE 14:57 FAX 3056797548 ZONING EVALUATION tJ002 NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that at its advertised meeting of July 27, 2006, the Biscayne Bay Shoreline Development Review Committee, as moved by Jorge Azze and seconded by Gladys Margarita Diaz, recommended approval of the development action as presented and enumerated in the attached staff reports and site plans with the following provisions and/or conditions: 1. That the final landscaping plans be consistent with the site and architectural plans. 2. That the final 2 sets of plans be signed and sealed with all sheets properly dated and numbered. The vote on the motion was as follows: Jorge Escandell - no Gladys Margarita Diaz - yes Thorn Grafton - no W. Chad Williard - yes Sonia Nittinger - yes Jorge Azze - yes Rick Hernandez - yes Jorge Vera - excused Motion to approve passed - 5 - 2. This resolution constitutes the report of the Shoreline Development Review Committee together with all exhibits attached hereto submitted to the City of Miami, Florida pursuant to Article III of Chapter 33D of the Code of Miami -Dade County which shall become a part of all hearings and/or permit records on the proposed development action.
