Other than the regularly scheduled briefing that I receive from the administration prior to city commission meetings, I have not received any documentation with the exception of one single package of documents that was initially delivered by Ms. Rosario Kennedy, immediately picked up by Ms. Rosario Kennedy, and delivered again by Ms. Rosario Kennedy because the package of documents were on file with the. City Clerk's Office based on the explanation my administrative assistant received. Therefore, this information is in the documentation that you received from the City Clerk.
