Dear Commisioners,
My company Temaco Corporation,owned by my husband and myself,are long time owners on the 300 block
of NE 56'h Street. Our property is just across and south of the subject site.
Our little street is very narrow. Residents west of us have many vehicles. There is no public transportation.
We strongly oppose the application to request a reduction in required parking spaces. We would like to see
100% of the required spaces maintained.
We believe your professional planning staff recommended this as well.
This item has been heard at several Zoning Board meetings and the Board has consistently recommended
that this project be built with 100% required spaces.As you know many neighborhoods within the city have
severe parking shortages. Please do not allow a parking reduction here.

Variance, that will change the character of our residential street. We are families
And taxpayers with children that need our street to remain unchanged.
