No. 11000, as amended, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Miami, Article 9,
Section 917.7.2, Reduction in parking requirements for housing for low-income
families and individuals, to allow a 28.29% parking reduction as follows: To
waive 71 of the required 251 parking spaces, proposed 180 parking spaces.
Purpose: The approval of this appeal will allow a reduction in parking requirements for
housing for low-income families and individuals.

Planning Department: Recommended denial of the appeal and denial of the Special Exception.
