SD-4 (Waterfront Industrial District)
Proposed: C-1(Restricted Commercial) and C-2 (Liberal
Commercial)

Consideration of a Resolution, approving with conditions, a
Major Use Special Permit pursuant to Articles 5, 9, 13 and
17 of Zoning Ordinance No. 11000, as amended, for the
River's Edge project, to be located at approximately 201,
216-20, 243 and 250 NW S River Drive & 601, 609, 615
and 619 NW 2nd Street, Miami, Florida, to construct an
approximate 221-feet and 2 inches of height, (21-story)
mixed -use structure to be comprised of 300 total
multifamily residential units with recreational amenities;
approximately 11,000 square feet of retail space;
approximately 8,000 square feet of restaurant space, and
approximately 518 parking spaces; providing for certain
floor area ratio ("FAR") bonuses.
