We have attached a copy of the deposit receipt, the check and the escrow agreement. Pursuant to our conversation of January 3, 2007 and subsequent conversations, our client has instructed us to provide this letter of intent to you for the purchase of the above -mentioned item under the following general terms and conditions, to wit: Purchase Price: Shall, be the amount due and payable to the City of Miami, Florida. Closing: Upon approval to transfer to Thunder Demolition. Seller's obligations: The seller shall obtain the:final payoff figure from the City of Miami, Florida. Further, the seller shall obtain permission to transfer the license/permit to Thunder Demolition. Contingencies: This letter of intent is: contingent upon the seller obtaining the final payoff amount to the City of Miami, Florida; said sum shall be less than twenty-five thousand. dollars ($25,000:00). The license/permit shall be delivered free of any liens or tax obligations. The license/permit shall be transferable to Thunder Demolition.
