Subject: Revocable License Agreement with Allapattah Wynwood Development Corporation, a Florida
not -for -profit corporation.
Purpose of Item:
A Resolution of the Miami City Commission, with attachments, authorizing the City Manager to
execute a Revocable License Agreement ("Agreement"), revocable at -will, in substantially the
attached form, with Allapattah-Wynwood Development Corporation, Inc. ("Licensee"), for use of
approximately 14,580 square feet of City -owned property (the "Premises"), located at 1500 NW 16i1'
Avenue, Florida, to operate a child day care, which Agreement shall provide for a ten (10) year term,
with an annual use fee payment of $1.00, with other terms and conditions as more particularly set
forth in the Agreement.

Subject: Revocable License Agreement with Allapatah Wynwood Development Corporation, a Florida
not -for -profit corporation.
Background Information:
This is a renewal of a Revocable License Agreement (formerly a revocable permit) between the City of
Miami and Allapattah-Wynwood Development Corporation, a Florida not -for -profit corporation
("Licensee"). Licensee operates a day care facility serving City residents in the Allapattah area,
The City of Miami originally issued a Revocable Permit on April 17, 1991, providing for use of the
property located at 1500 Northwest 16 Avenue.
The present Revocable License Agreement will provide for a ten (10) year use term that may be
terminated earlier on either cancellation by Licensee or revocation by the City Manager at any time for
cause or no cause. It reconfirms a use area of 14,580 square feet. The use fee will continue to be one -
dollar ($1) annually.
