Consideration of amending page no. 34, of the Zoning Atlas of the City of Miami, Florida, by changing the zoning classification from C-1 "Restricted Commercial to C-1 "Restricted Commercial with an SD-26 "22nd Avenue Special Overlay District" for the properties located approximately along 22nd Avenue between SW 8th Street and NW 1st Street (Complete legal descriptions and addresses on file with the Hearing Boards Office); Miami, Florida, Making findings; containing a repealer provision and severability clause; and providing for an effective date. Approval. This zoning change will implement the proposed SD-26 "22nd Avenue Special Overlay District" along 22nd Avenue between approximately SW 8th Street and NW 1st Street from C-1 "Restricted Commercial" to C-1 "Restricted Commercial" with an SD-26 "22nd Avenue Special Overlay District". Continued on December 6, 2006 and January 17, 2007. Recommended approval to City Commission on February 21, 2007 by a vote of 8-0. Continued on December 14, 2006 and January 25, 2007.
