Consideration of amending page no. 34, of the Zoning
Atlas of the City of Miami, Florida, by changing the zoning
classification from C-1 "Restricted Commercial to C-1
"Restricted Commercial with an SD-26 "22nd Avenue
Special Overlay District" for the properties located
approximately along 22nd Avenue between SW 8th Street
and NW 1st Street (Complete legal descriptions and
addresses on file with the Hearing Boards Office); Miami,
Florida, Making findings; containing a repealer provision
and severability clause; and providing for an effective date.
Approval.
This zoning change will implement the proposed SD-26
"22nd Avenue Special Overlay District" along 22nd Avenue
between approximately SW 8th Street and NW 1st Street
from C-1 "Restricted Commercial" to C-1 "Restricted
Commercial" with an SD-26 "22nd Avenue Special Overlay
District".
PLANNING ADVISORY BOARD Continued on December 6, 2006. Pending
recommendation on January 17, 2007.
