Mr. Angel Urquiola offered the following resolution and moved its adoption
Resolution:
AFTER CONSIDERING THE FACTORS SET FORTH IN ZONING ORDINANCE NO.
11000, THE ZONING BOARD MADE A MOTION TO RECOMMEND APPROVAL
WHICH FAILED (DUE TO THE FAILURE TO OBTAIN FIVE AFFIRMATIVE VOTES),
CONSTITUTING A RECOMMENDATION OF DENIAL OF THE CHANGE OF ZONING
AMENDING PAGE NO. 31, OF THE ZONING ATLAS OF ORDINANCE NO. 11000, AS
AMENDED, THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA, ARTICLE
4, SECTION 401, SCHEDULE OF DISTRICT REGULATIONS, BY CHANGING THE
ZONING CLASSIFICATION FROM R-3 MULTIFAMILY MEDIUM -DENSITY
RESIDENTIAL TO C-1 RESTRICTED COMMERCIAL FOR THE PROPERTIES
LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY 21-23 & 31-33 SOUTHWEST 52ND COURT AND 20-
22 & 30-32 SOUTHWEST 52ND AVENUE, LEGALLY DESCRIBED AS EXHIBIT °A"
(HEREBY ATTACHED), PUBLIC RECORDS OF MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA;
ZONED R-3 MULTIFAMILY MEDIUM -DENSITY RESIDENTIAL.
