RESTRICTED COMMERCIAL FOR THE PROPERTIES LOCATED AT
APPROXIMATELY 21-23 & 31-33 SOUTHWEST 52ND COURT AND 20-22 & 30-
32 SOUTHWEST 52ND AVENUE, MIAMI, FLORIDA.
Purpose: This will change the above properties to C-1 Restricted Commercial.

Notes: Continued from the Zoning Board hearings of July 10, 2006 and September 25, 2006.
The Planning Advisory Board recommended denial of the Change of Land Use on June 7, 2006,
vote of 7-0.
