DISTRICT REGULATIONS, BY CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION
FROM R-3 MULTIFAMILY MEDIUM -DENSITY RESIDENTIAL TO C-1
RESTRICTED COMMERCIAL.
Purpose: This will change the above properties to C-1 Restricted Commercial.

Planning Department: Recommended denial.

Notes: The Planning Advisory Board recommended denial of the Land Use Change on June 7,
2006 by a vote of 7-0. This item was continued from the Zoning Board hearings of July
10, 2006 and September 25, 2006.
Zoning Board: Made a motion to recommend approval, which failed (due to the failure to obtain
five affirmative votes), constituting a recommendation of denial to City
Commission on October 16, 2006 by a vote of 2-4.
