Re: ONE (WO # 164)
Sufficiency Letter
Dear Ms. Medina:
Via Fax and US Mail
Subsequent to our February 2, 2006 review comments for the subject project, we have received
a revised traffic report along with a formal response from Kimley-Horn and Associates Inc.
(KHA) on September 13, 2006. We have also received a revised site plan showing the turning
radius of the delivery trucks from KHA. Photocopy of the response letter and revised site plan
from KHA are attached herewith.
At this time, we conclude that the revised traffic report along with the subsequent submittal
meets all the traffic requirements and the report is found to be sufficient. Should you have any
questions, please call Quazi Masood or me at 954.739.1881.
