Legal Description for MUSP
Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 37, 38, 39 and 40, in Block 9, of AMENDED PLAT OF MIAMI
SUBURBAN ACRES, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 4, at Page
73, of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida n/k/a Miami -Dade County, Florida.
Less the South 10 feet of Lots 37, 38, 39 and 40 and less those portions of Lots 1 and 40
being more particularly described as follows:
A strip of land lying West of and adjacent to the East line of Lot 1 measuring 1.68 feet in
width at the South line of Lot 1 and measuring 2.02 feet in width at the North line of said
Lot 1; and that portion of Lot 40, lying West of and adjacent to the East line of Lot 40,
measuring 1.35 feet in width at the South line of said Lot 40, and measuring 1.68 feet in
width at the North line of said Lot 40, and less the external area of circular curve at the
Northeast corner of said Lot 1, concave to the Southwest having a radius of 25 feet and
tangents which are 35 feet South of and parallel with the centerline of Southwest 23`d
Street and 35 feet West of and parallel with the centerline of Southwest 32"d Avenue and
the external area of circular curve at the Southeast corner of said Lot 40, concave to the
Northwest having a radius of 25 feet and tangents which are 25 feet North of and parallel
with the centerline of Southwest 23id Terrace and 35 feet West of and parallel with the
centerline of Southwest 32"d Avenue, being in Dade County, Florida n/k/a Miami -Dade
County, Florida.
