On behalf of Downtown Miami Mall, LLC and Downtown Miami Hotel, LLC. owners of
the Subject Property, we are submitting a Major Use Special Permit ("MUSP") application for
approval of (6) towers with 607 lofts, 96 amenity tower units, 121 town houses, 3,384 tower units totaling
4,208 residential units, 350,200 s.f. of retail and 6,154 parking spaces pursuant to Articles 5 and 17 of the
Zoning Ordinance.
