Background Information: Approval of sale and purchase agreement will have an expiration date of December 31, 2007 and will be contingent upon the developer obtaining a tax credit award for the parcels, described in Exhibit A, attached and incorporated; and Any cost associated with said project paid by the City of Miami will be reimbursed back to the City Budaet Impact Analysis Is this Item related to revenue?
