Subject: PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT
Purpose of Item:
APPROVING THE SALE OF CERTAIN CITY OF MIAMI ("CITY") OWNED PARCELS, TO THE DEVELOPER,
AS SPECIFIED IN "EXHIBIT A," ATTACHED AND INCORPORATED; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO EXECUTE A PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT, AND TO EXECUTE SUCH OTHER DOCUMENTS
AS MAY BE NECESSARY TO CONSUMMATE SUCH TRANSACTION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE TERMS
AND CONDITIONS OF THE AGREEMENT, WHICH TERMS MAY BE AMENDED BY THE CITY MANAGER
AS MAY BE NECESSARY IN ORDER TO MEET THE BEST INTERESTS OF THE CITY.
Background Information:
Approval of sale and purchase agreement will have an expiration date of December 31, 2007 and will be
contingent upon the developer obtaining a tax credit award for the parcels, described in Exhibit A, attached and
incorporated; and
Any cost associated with said project paid by the City of Miami will be reimbursed back to the City
