Subject: A resolution accepting the proposed plat of CENTURY PLAZA. which is located
between N.W. 42 Avenue and N.W. 43 Avenue opposite N.W. 8 Terrace.
Purpose of Item:
The purpose is for the City Commission to adopt a resolution accepting the plat of CENTURY PLAZA and
approving recording the same in the Public Records of Miami -Dade County, Florida.
Background Information:
The Department of Public Works has reviewed this plat and has determined that it is now in order for
acceptance by the City Commission. The specific intent of this Plat is to create one (1) tract of land for the
construction of 324 condominium units, in two towers, with a parking garage.
The proposed record plat entitled CENTURY PLAZA is a subdivision of the property described in the attached
Legal Description. The area platted consists of one (1) tract of land containing approximately 188,605 square
feet (4.33 acres). It is zoned C-2..
