The recitals and findings contained in the Preamble to this Resolution are adopted by reference and incorporated as if fully set forth in this Section. The City Manager is authorized{1} to convey, with parcel reverter provisions, five (5) City -owned parcels of land, as legally described in "Attachment A," attached and incorporated, to Parkview Gardens, LP, for the development of affordable housing. Section 3. The City Manager is further authorized{1} to execute the necessary documents for said purpose. Section 4.
