A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION, WITH ATTACHMENT(S
CONVEYING, WITH PARCEL REVERTER PROVISIONS, FIVE (5) CITY 0 MI
OWNED PARCELS OF LAND, AS LEGALLY DESCRIBED IN ATTACH
ATTACHED AND INCORPORATED, TO PARKVIEW GARDENS, L.P. TH
DEVELOPMENT OF AFFORDABLE HOUSING; AUTHORIZING T
MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTS FOR
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 06-0164, adopted 9, 20� a mission
approved the conveyance of five (5) City of Miami ("City") ow parcels of la as legally described
in "Attachment A," attached and incorporated, to Carlisle rou• Ltd., for th evelopment of
affordable housing; and

Section 1. The recitals and findings contained in the Preamble to this Resolution are adopted by
reference and incorporated as if fully set forth in this Section.

Section 2. The City Manager is authorized{1} to convey, with parcel reverter provisions, five (5)
City -owned parcels of land, as legally described in "Attachment A," attached and incorporated, to
Parkview Gardens, LP, for the development of affordable housing.
Section 3. The City Manager is further authorized{1} to execute the necessary documents for said
purpose.
Section 4. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption are°° rgnature of``,
