REFERENCES :and FUEL Outdoor Holdings, LLC.
ENCLOSURES
Please make arrangements to publish a Notice of Public Hearing for discussion
pertaining to the execution of a new contract, between the City of Miami and FUEL
Miami LLC, and FUEL Outdoor Holdings, LLC, for bus bench and shelter design,
installation, and maintenance at existing and future locations throughout the City.
The public hearing has been scheduled for March 8, 2007.

NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC
The Miami City Commission will hold a Public Hearing on March 8, 2007 to consider the
execution of a new Bus Bench and Shelter agreement between the City of Miami and FUEL
Miami LLC, and FUEL Outdoors Holdings LLC; and to consider the City Manager's
recommendations and findings that Florida Statute Section 337.408 does not require a
competitive bid, that pursuant to City Code Section 18-85(a) competitive negotiation methods
are not practicable or advantageous to the City.
This action is being considered pursuant to Section 18-85 (a) of the City Code, of the City of
Miami, Florida, as amended, and requires a 4/5ths affirmative vote of the Miami City
Commission after a duly advertised public hearing. The recommendations and findings to be
considered in this matter are set forth in the proposed resolution and in this Code Section,
which are deemed to be incorporated by reference herein and are available as public records
from the City of Miami. The Public Hearing will be held in conjunction with the regularly
scheduled City Commission meeting of March 8, 2007, commencing at 9:00 a.m. in the City
Commission Chambers located at City Hall, 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, Florida.
All interested individuals are invited to attend this hearing and may comment on the proposed
issue. Should any person desire to appeal any decision of the City Commission with respect to
any matter considered at this meeting, that person shall ensure that a verbatim record of the
proceedings is made including all testimony and evidence upon which any appeal may be
based (F.S. 286.0105).
In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, persons needing special
