( zasb . Background Information: The City of Miami has a need for a qualified professional to continue without interruption the delivery of the Emergency Response to Terrorism ("ERT") training for Miami Urban area's first responders. The University of Miami Center for Research and Medical Education ("UMCRME") has been designated as the lead institution to carry out first responder anti-terrorist training statewide by the Florida Department of Health.
