CITY ATTORNEY TO TAKE ALL FURTHER ACTIONS REQUIRED BY SAID CONFLICT
RESOLUTION PROCEDURES PRIOR TO COMMENCING COURT PROCEEDINGS AGAINST
MIAMI-DADE COUNTY.
