Background Information: The Purchasing Department has identified a need to establish a city-wide contract for Self Storage Facilities. On January 8, 2007, the Purchasing Department issued Invitation to Bid No.11007. As required by the Procurement Code, the IFB was advertised, and approximately fifteen (15) potential bidders were notified of the bid document on-line. Bids were due and one (1) bid was received on January 16, 2007. A+ Mini Storage submitted the lowest responsive and responsible bid and is therefore recommended for award.
