The purpose of bringing this item before the City Commission is to receive approval from the
Commission for the Liberty City Trust to expend the cost of over $5,000.00 for items relating to the
operations of the Trust and its vendors.
Background Information:
The ordinance that created the Liberty City Trust states that any items, goods, services and/or
anything of value in one transaction or multiple transactions concerning the same subject matter
requires the approval of the City Commission.
