Request: Appeal of a Zoning Board decision of a Variance from Ordinance No. 11000, as
amended, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Miami, Section 2502 requiring
yards adjacent to streets to be three -fourths (3/4) of the front yard depth
requirement, required 7'6", proposed 3'11", Variance requested 3'7".
Purpose: The approval of this appeal will allow less front -yard setbacks than required for
a new construction within the Granada Shopping Plaza.
