The Project proposes to provide a 20-foot setback along the waterfront (rear) yard and side yards equal to eighteen (18) feet on the North side and thirty-six (36) feet on the South side as shown in the attached plans prepared by Fullerton Diaz Architects and dated November 1, 2006. Pursuant to instructions from Lourdes Slazyk, Zoning Administrator, we are including a check for $2,000 for the filing fee for this request. We are also submitting a Disclosure of Ownership List and a list of property owners with labels for notification of such owners within 500 feet of the Property.
