Purpose ahem:
To fund preparation of reports and analisys for, Increment I and II Development Order and to develop
/ prepare Increment III of the Master Development Order.
Background Information:
DDA has requested funding to conduct report and analysis for Increments I and II of the Master
Development Order and prepare program for Increment III of the Master Development Order. These
services are funded from Downtown Miami Development of Regional Impact ("DRI") Masterplan
Recovery Fees and are estimated to cost an amount not to exceed $615,000.
