Re: Letter of Intent for 2222 Biscayne MUSP
Dear Ms. Fernandez:
On behalf of Grouper UTD, LLC and Crescent Heights of America, Inc. owners of the
Subject Property, are submitting a Major Use Special Permit ("MUSP") application for approval
of a new office building to consist of 371,863 square feet of office, 3,506 square feet of retail,
3,081 square feet of bank, 6,728 square feet of restaurant, 25,014 square feet of storage and
1,610 parking spaces pursuant to Articles 17 of the Zoning Ordinance. This project will be
added to the existing 55,275 square feet of office space and 174 parking spaces for a total of
487,258 square feet of commercial space and 1,784 parking spaces.
