A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION APPOINTING A CERTAIN
INDIVIDUAL AS A MEMBER OF THE ARTS AND ENTERTAINMENT COUNCIL
FORATERMAS DESIGNATED HEREIN.

Section 1. The individual listed above is hereby appointed as a member of the Arts and
Entertainment Council, to serve a term ending February 7, 2008, or until the nominating
Commissioner leaves office, whichever occurs first.
