Directo City Manager, N/A Paee ] of SUPPLEMENTAL SHEET Subject: Resolution Granting an Easement to Florida Power & Light located at 480 NW 11 Street, Miami, Florida. Background Information: i Florida Power & Light Company has requested an approximately 140.8 square foot perpetual, non- exclusive easement on City -owned property located at 480 NW 11 Street, Miami, Florida. This easement will be used to construct, operate and maintain underground electric utility facilities to service exclusively City -owned property (including transformer pad, ducts and/or cables, wires, poles, guys, conduits and appurtenant equipment) to be installed from time to time; with the right to reconstruct, improve, add to, enlarge, change the voltage, as well as, the size of and remove such facilities or any of them within the Easement, with full right of ingress thereto and egress therefrom. The easement is necessary in order to bring electrical service to the new building being constructed on the property. The easement shall further contain a reverter provision that if the easement is abandoned or disconnected, the easement will cease and revert back to the City. Paae 2 of 2
