DISTRICT REGULATIONS, BY CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION
FROM R-3 MULTIFAMILY MEDIUM -DENSITY RESIDENTIAL TO C-1
RESTRICTED COMMERCIAL FOR THE PROPERTIES LOCATED AT
APPROXIMATELY 2862-64, 2900, 2908, 2922 AND 2930 NORTHWEST 22ND
AVENUE, MIAMI, FLORIDA.
Purpose: This will change the above properties to C-1 Restricted Commercial.

Planning Department: Recommended denial.

Notes: On July 19, 2006, the Planning Advisory Board made a motion to recommend approval of
the Change of Land Use which failed, constituting a denial, by a vote of 4-5. This item was
continued from the Zoning Board hearing of September 11, 2006.
