DISTRICT REGULATIONS, BY CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION
FROM R-3 MULTIFAMILY MEDIUM -DENSITY RESIDENTIAL TO C-1
RESTRICTED COMMERCIAL.
Purpose: This will change the above properties to C-1 Restricted Commercial.

Planning Department: Recommended denial.

Notes: The Planning Advisory Board recommended denial of the Land Use Change due to the
failure to obtain the required five affirmative votes in favor to the City Commission on
July 19, 2006 by a vote of 4-5. This item was continued from the Zoning Board hearing
of September 11, 2006.
Zoning Board: Recommended approval to City Commission on November 13, 2006 by a vote of
4-2.
