History: The Planning Advisory Board recommended approval of the Change of Land Use on
July 20, 2005 by a vote of 6-0.
Zoning Board: Made a recommendation of approval, which failed due to the failure to obtain the
required five affirmative votes, constituting a recommendation of denial to City
Commission on September 12, 2005 by a vote of 4-2.
