Ordinance of the City of Miami, Article 4, Section 401, Schedule of District
Regulations, from I Industrial and C-2 Liberal Commercial to C-1 Restricted
Commercial.
Purpose: This will change the above properties to C-1 Restricted Commercial for the
proposed Avenue One Major Use Special Permit.

February 1, 2006 by a vote of 5-0.

2006. Denied on July 27, 2006 and reconsidered on October 12, 2006.
