AFTER CONSIDERING THE FACTORS SET FORTH IN ZONING ORDINANCE NO.
11000, THE ZONING BOARD RECOMMENDED APPROVAL TO THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CLOSING, VACATING, ABANDONING AND DISCONTINUING
FOR PUBLIC USE THAT PORTION OF NORTHEAST BAYSHORE COURT BETWEEN
NORTHEAST 79TH STREET AND NORTHEAST 80TH STREET, MORE
PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED IN EXHIBIT "A" (HEREBY ATTACHED), PUBLIC
RECORDS OF MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA; ZONED C-1 RESTRICTED
COMMERCIAL AND R-4 MULTIFAMILY HIGH -DENSITY RESIDENTIAL.
