5,200 SQUARE FEET OF PROPOSED RETAIL SPACE; IN ADDITION TO EXISTING 30,430
SQUARE FEET (OFFICE) AND 11,473 SQUARE FEET (RETAIL) USES; AND APPROXIMATELY
402 TOTAL PARKING SPACES; PROVIDING FOR CERTAIN FLOOR AREA RATIO ("FAR")
BONUSES; DIRECTING TRANSMITTAL; MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND STATING
CONCLUSIONS OF LAW; PROVIDING FOR BINDING EFFECT; CONTAINING A
SEVERABILITY CLAUSE AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
