Dear Teresita:
On behalf of 2937 Ferrari, LLC and 2915 Biscayne LLC, owners of the Subject Property,
we are submitting a Substantial Amendment to an approved Major Use Special Permit
Resolution No. 06-0132 for a mixed use residential tower which consists of 206 residential units
and 402 parking spaces pursuant to Articles 5, 17 and 914 of the Zoning Ordinance.
