A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION APPOINTING CERTAIN
INDIVIDUALS AS MEMBERS OF THE HOMELAND
DEFENSE/NEIGHBORHOOD IMPROVEMENT BOND PROGRAM
OVERSIGHT BOARD FOR TERMS AS DESIGNATED HEREIN.

Section 1. The individuals listed above are hereby appointed as members of the Homeland
Defense/Neighborhood Improvement Bond Program Oversight Board, each to serve a term
expiring December 10, 2008, or until the Mayor or nominating Commissioner leaves office,
whichever occurs first.

Board appointments are administrative acts which do not require
the Mayor's signature nor the City Attorney's review and approval.
