Glenn,
Here is the information you requested. Some of the information is in attached files and some
in copied emails. All of the people I worked with at the agencies are willing to speak with you.

Mr. Callagy,
After researching the products available and the needs of the agency as they relate to emergency management and
specifically weather related issues the product being offered by AWS Convergence Technologies, Inc.appears at this time
to be the only product that will provide the resources that we need with the hardware and software capability.
This product is the only product that provides access to thousands of public domain weather sites that can be

incorporated into our purchased weather stations. In addition they provide software that has the ability to interface with
our existing GIS applications to display the weather stations that we are purchasing in addiiton to existing FAA weeather
stations, TV weather stations and other public domain sttaions.
Further with having had 2 hurricanes impact the South Florida region, a third impacting North Florida and a fourth headed
in this general direction this company has advised that they can have the equipment installed and operational with an
extremely short turn around time (apprx 1 week from receipt of the PO via fax).
Thank you for youre assistance.

Mr.. Smith as you know the City of Miami Beach purchased our initial WeatherBug Weather Station during the month of
June 2006. We were pleased to be able to reference your company for the purchase of this equipment as a "Sole Source
Vendor". This fact helped to expedite the equipment purchase which facilitated our installation of this equipment in time
for the 2006 Hurricane Season.
As you further know, I was the Domestic Preparedness and Emergency Management Coordinator for over three years for
the City of Fort Lauderdale, Florida. I purchased and oversaw the installation of several WeatherBug Weather Stations
there and was also pleased to purchase this equipment via our Purchasing Department as a "Sole Source Vendor
Purchase". I would also like to inform you that we will in the near future be providing a Purchase Order for an additional
four (4) or five (5) WeatherBug Weather Stations for installation on Miami Beach. We will again include in our
Purchase Request Packet your companies "Sole Source Vendor Purchase Letter" to assist us in an expedited equipment
purchase.
It's been a please to work with you and your company and I look forward to working with you again in the near future.
Signed, Don

I would like to offer to come to Miami to show you how our system works. It should help clarify
why we qualify for soles source.
Take care!
