Article V1II, Section 8.7 of The Bylaws of NMMA provides as follows: PRESIDENT. The President shall be the chief executive officer of the corporation and, subject only to the board of directors of the corporation, shall have general authority over, and general management and control of, the property, business and affairs of the corporation. The President shall see that all orders and resolutions of the board of directors of the corporation are carried into effect. The President shall have authority to sign on behalf of the corporation all agreements, contracts and instruments authorized or approved by the board of directors of the corporation, except in cases where the execution thereof has been expressly delegated by the board of directors of the corporation to another officer of the corporation. The President shall perform such other duties as may be assigned by the board of directors of the corporation from time to time. As provided in the Bylaws, Mr. Dammrich, as President, is fully authorized to sign contracts on behalf of NMMA. If you have any further questions, please contact me at your convenience.
