Allocating funds from the various sources of funds from the user departments and agencies, authorizing said purchases, as needed, subject to availability of funds and budgetary approval at time of need. Background Information: The City Miami Departments need the establishment of a rental of trucks and heavy equipment contracts to provide various services such as removing earth, transporting and lifting heavy equipment, dumping trash, debris, and rubbish, in response to carrying out normal every day services or emergency services.
