No other business shall be conducted outside of that which is indicated above as the purpose for which the special meeting is called. The material in connection with the item appearing on the agenda may be inspected by the public at the Office of the City Clerk, 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, Florida, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., or at http://www.miamigov.com, "commission agendas" tab, five days before the date of the Commission Meeting. All interested persons may appear at the meeting and may be heard with respect to this matter. Should any person desire to appeal any decision of the City Commission with respect to the matter being considered at this meeting, that person shall ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made including all testimony and evidence upon which any appeal may be based.
