THE ALTERNATIVE BE CONSIDERABLY EXTENDED TO REFLECT A

FINDINGS:
OFFICE OF ZONING: Recommended denial of the appeal and approval of
the administrator's interpretation and decision.
ZONING BOARD: Dismissed the appeal for failure to state any grounds
upon which relief can be granted.
PURPOSE: The approval of this appeal will reverse the decision of the
Zoning Board and remand the appeal to the Zoning Board.
