Sale of City -owned property located
at 46 West Flagler Street, Miami
Florida
Enclosed you will find an ad for notice of a public hearing to be held by the City Commission
on January 11, 2007, approving the sale of the City -owned property located at 46 West
Flagler Street, Miami, Florida ("Property"), to First 35, Inc., A Florida Corporation
("Purchaser"), establishing One Million Four Hundred Thousand Dollars ($1,400,000) as the
amount to be paid to the City of Miami by the aforementioned. This Resolution further
authorizes the City Manager to execute a Purchase and Sale Agreement and to execute such
other documents as may be necessary to consummate such transaction in accordance with the
terms and conditions of the agreement, which terms may be amended by the City Manger as
may be necessary in order to meet the best interest of the City.
Please place the ad in accordance with public hearing requirements of the City Commission.
