Mr. Miguel Gabela offered the following resolution and moved its adoption
Resolution:
AFTER CONSIDERING THE FACTORS SET FORTH IN ZONING ORDINANCE NO_
11000, THE ZONING BOARD MADE A MOTION TO RECOMMEND APPROVAL,
WHICH FAILED (4-1), CONSTITUTING A RECOMMENDATION OF DENIAL TO THE
CITY COMMISSION OF THE CHANGE OF ZONING AMENDING PAGE NO. 19, OF
THE ZONING ATLAS OF ORDINANCE NO. 11000, AS AMENDED, THE ZONING
ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA, ARTICLE 4, SECTION 401,
SCHEDULE OF DISTRICT REGULATIONS, BY CHANGING THE ZONING
CLASSIFICATION FROM R-3 MULTIFAMILY MEDIUM -DENSITY RESIDENTIAL TO C-
1 RESTRICTED COMMERCIAL FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT
APPROXIMATELY 2648 NORTHWEST 22ND AVENUE, LEGALLY DESCRIBED AS
EASTHAVEN PB 6-106 N112 OF LOT 22 & LOT 23 LESS E10FT FOR R/W & ALL OF
LOTS 24 & 25 & LOT 26 LESS E10FT FOR R/W BLK 2, PUBLIC RECORDS OF
MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA; ZONED R-3 MULTIFAMILY MEDIUM -DENSITY
RESIDENTIAL.
Upon being seconded by Mr. Angel Urquiola,
the motion was passed and adopted by the following vote:
