as amended.

An ordinance of the Miami city commission amending
Article 9, Section 910 of the zoning ordinance, in order to
allow for covenant in lieu of unity of title agreements for
projects within properties zoned R-2 that are approved
pursuant to Article 5, Planned Unit Development;
containing a repealer provision, a severability clause and
providing for an effective date. (Continued from the June
21, 2006 PAB Meeting)
Approval.
This will amend the Zoning Ordinance to allow for
covenants in lieu of unity of title agreements in R-2 zones
when the proposed development is part of a Planned Unit
Development. This will allow for greater flexibility in
developing R-2 properties without the need for a zoning
change simply to be able to tie properties together for a
PUD.
Recommended approval to City Commission on July 19,
2006 by a vote of 7-0.
