Mr. Miguel A. Gabela offered the following resolution and moved its adoption
Resolution:
AFTER CONSIDERING THE FACTORS SET FORTH 1N SECTION 1903.1 OF
ORDINANCE NO. 11000, THE ZONING BOARD MADE A MOTION TO APPROVE
WHICH FAILED (DUE TO THE FAILURE TO OBTAIN FIVE AFFIRMATIVE VOTES),
CONSTITUTING A DENIAL OF THE VARIANCE FROM ORDINANCE NO. 11000, AS
AMENDED, THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, ARTICLE 4,
SECTION 401, SCHEDULE OF DISTRICT REGULATIONS, TO ALLOW A
REDUCTION OF THE REQUIRED REAR YARD, TO ALLOW A REAR YARD
SETBACK OF 14'9" (20'0" REQUIRED), FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT
APPROXIMATELY 6830 SOUTHWEST 7TH STREET, LEGALLY DESCRIBED AS
EXHIBIT "A" (HEREBY ATTACHED), PUBLIC RECORDS OF MIAMI-DADE COUNTY,
FLORIDA; ZONED R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL WITH AN SD-12 BUFFER
OVERLAY DISTRICT.
Upon being seconded by Mr. Angel Urquiola,
the motion was passed and adopted by the following vote:
