Re: Application for a development located at 1770 North Bayshore Drive, City
of Miami, Florida.
Dear Ms. Gelabert-Sanchez:
This is to inform you that in accordance with Section 33-339 of the Miami -Dade
County Zoning Code the Department of Planning and Zoning has completed the
review of the above referenced development and accompanying plans; entitled
"1770 North Bayshore Drive"; prepared by Arquitectonica, dated April 12, 2006.
Based upon the review of the application and the plans, we find that the
development is in compliance with the height and use restrictions of Article
XXXVII of the Code of Miami -Dade County (Miami International Airport [Wilcox
Field] Zoning). Please be advised that the applicant will be required to file a
"Notice of Proposed Construction Alteration for Determination of Known
Hazards" (form 7460-1) with the FAA prior to proceeding with design, any
proposed construction, structure or crane exceeding 200 ft. in height (see attached).
In addition, in accordance with Section 33-340 of the Miami -Dade County Zoning
Code, a copy of the application for permit shall be provided to the Director of the
Miami -Dade Aviation Department and the Director of the Planning and Zoning
Department at the time that a permit application is submitted.
