Subsequent to our April 25, 2006 review comments for the subject project, we have received a
revised traffic analysis report and the summary sheet of the revised development program from
Richard Garcia and Associates (RGA) on June 16, 2006. The revised report includes the site
plan showing the turning radius of the delivery trucks, Photocopies of the response letter and
the summay sheet are attached hercl.vith.
Please note that the applicant has proposed to modify the signal timing/phasing at NW 14th
Street/NW 7th Avenue., NW 14'-' Street/NW 10th Avenue, NW 14th Street/NW lit" Avenue and
NW 14th ;itreet/NVV 12 Avenue. intersections. The applicant needs to coordinate with the Miami
Dade County Traffic Control and Signs Division to secure appropriate approval as this project
goes through the review process. At this time. we conclude that the traffic; impact report along
with the subsequent submittal rneets all the traffic requirements and the study is found to be
sufficient.
