(the "Property") was conveyed to the City of Miami ("City") by Miami -Dade County in connection with delinquent taxes under provisions of Florida Statute Section 197.592, as amended. The Board of County Commissioners determined that the Property is of insufficient size, shape, location, value and is of use to only adjacent property owners. Currently the Property sits vacant, represents a maintenance cost and liability to the City and does not generate ad valorem taxes. The City contacted the adjacent property owner, inquiring if there was an interest in purchasing the Property. Electra Two, LLC is the only adjacent property owner and has agreed to pay the City, a purchase price of Twenty One Thousand One Hundred and Twenty Five Dollars ($21,125.00) or approximately $65.00 per sq. ft. for this parcel. Section 29B of the City of Miami Charter provides an exemption from the competitive bidding requirements and return of fair market value when disposing of City -owned property acquired in connection with delinquent taxes. The Property will be conveyed "as is" and "where is" and the City will not warrant the sufficiency of its title nor any interest it may have in the property. Paae 2 of 2
