NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A public hearing will be held by the City Commission of the City of Miami, Florida on October
26, 2006, at 9:00 a.m. in the City Commission Chambers at City Hall, 3500 Pan American Drive,
Miami, Florida, for the purpose of giving the general public the opportunity to be heard, express
their concerns and hold formal public discussion on the purchase and installation of the Overt
Cameras portion of the Close Circuit Television Project.
The Miami City Commission requests all interested parties be present or represented at this
meeting and are invited to express their views. Should any person desire to appeal any decision of
the City Commission with respect to any matter considered at this meeting, that person shall
ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including all testimony and evidence
upon which any appeal may be based (F.S. 286.0105).
In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, persons needing special
accommodation to participate in these proceedings may contact the Office of the City Clerk at
(305) 250-5360 (Voice) no later than two (2) business days prior to the proceeding or at (305) 250-
5472 (TTY) no later than three (3) business days prior to the proceeding.
